GETTING STARTED WITH REPSTANCE

Repstance is a real-time data propagation product for homogeneous and heterogeneous environments. It is delivered in two editions: Repstance, which replicates between SQL Server and Oracle as a Source or a Target (Repstance enables CDC on a SQL Server Source), and Repstance Advanced Edition, which adds PostgreSQL, MySQL, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, AWS S3 and Apache Kafka as Target databases (Amazon Aurora is supported through its PostgreSQL and MySQL compatibility). Apache Kafka as a Target, and PostgreSQL and MySQL as Sources, are available since version 6. PostgreSQL (including Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL) and MySQL are supported as Sources in Repstance Advanced Edition only. See SUPPORTED DATABASE REQUIREMENTS for the full requirements of each database.

The Repstance Server is delivered as a Virtual Machine Image, a Linux instance with Repstance already installed. It is available in the AWS and Azure marketplaces, and as a custom on-premises deployment; both marketplaces sell the two editions separately.
